Specific and primary duties of the Junior Researcher/ Help Desk Operator position includes the transmission and receipt of subscription requests from potential subscribers, and research of provided subscriber information against a defined and provided criteria list to determine eligibility and level of access of subscription requestors. -¢ Address system - and content related questions; -¢ Monitor the TRIPwire Helpdesk (1-800 and email) accounts; -¢ Upload new site profiles on an as-required and when-directed basis; -¢ Capacity to property handle help desk phone calls and emails from various user groups; -¢ Capacity to identify and validate user-Ts qualification and provide appropriate system level access; -¢ Capacity to perform problem diagnosis and resolution for an internet application; -¢ Capacity to provide administrative support including user management to various user groups; -¢ Capacity to collect and report on help desk statistics
