Lead System Integration Analyst
Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components for a project.
Creates, drafts and/or reviews program documentation, generates formal review documentation, and participates in system and program reviews. Reviews program plans, identifies inconsistencies.
Coordinates, supports and participates in program meetings and reviews. Assists in the evaluation of software and associated documentation. Participates in formal and informal reviews to determine quality. Provides frequent contact with customers, trace ability within program documents, and the overall computing environment and architecture. Manages/updates the project master schedule. Ensures coordination and information flow occur between all programs and organizational managers.
Periodic travel to other government buildings in Northern Virginia and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area may be required.
May be required to support testing or software deliveries on nights/weekends to minimize impact to end users.
Maintains an appropriate workload; able to work independently and juggle multiple competing priorities; adapts to change effectively.
Prior experience working on teams with contractors from multiple companies.
Required Education:11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhDRequired Experience:Required Skills:Must be knowledgeable in computer systems and gathering/identifying requirements. Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must be able to build detailed project cost estimates, schedules and WBS-T. Must be able to track project studies, plans, actions items, take minutes, etc. **Extensive experience with all phases of the project and software lifecycle skills are required. **Power user of MS OFFICE tools, & Lotus Notes. **Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera's Team Play. **All aspects of program scheduling, coordination and dependency tracking/analysis. **Proven experience with teams using Agile development ferred Skills:**Coaching, leading, self directed and proactive. **Knowledge of hardware architecture, methodologies, and concepts. **Prior experience working with teams supporting enterprise class applications (and/or repositories) and balancing new development with on-going operations and maintenance support is desirable. **Understanding of IC mission. **Understanding of most or all phases of the intelligence lifecycle. **Knowledge of other IC community partners. **Agile Scrum Master certification is desirable. **Four year college degree in business, information systems or related discipline preferred.
