Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Report directly to Director/Section Head of Analytical Development, provide strategic CMC and scientific solutions to the pharmaceutical development projects.
* Work with Director/Section Head of Analytical Development to develop and implement strategies for the organizational development.
* Lead a group of scientists for multiple pharmaceutical development projects. Provide mentorship and development to the scientists in the group and other groups as assigned.
* Design, develop, validate and implement CMC-enabling analytical solutions - testing procedures, specifications, protocols and reports.
* Act as a technical leader and analytical expert; interact with external customers and internal colleagues.

Job Requirements
* Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry * At least 10 years of experience in the relevant pharmaceutical industry. * Expert in analytical technologies such as chromatography, spectroscopy, wet chemistry principles. * Extensive knowledge and working experience in CMC development. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Strong leadership experience.
