The leading independent energy services provider in North America, AMERESCO, Inc. seeks a Marketing Coordinator to assist BD staff with tracking, monitoring, and responding to new project leads and opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Marketing Team with the development and preparation of customer proposal materials. Work with internal groups to develop, edit, coordinate and produce final proposal responses Assist business development with implementing new methods to develop leads and capture projects Maintain and update company marketing material, project information, and documents Coordinate production processes for marketing projects with external vendors Provide daily administrative support for executive and business development management Perform other duties as required by your supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree with 1-2 years prior work experience in business development, marketing, technical writing, or related field Excellent MS Office and Adobe computer proficiency. Advanced Excel, Access, Power Point desirable Excellent verbal, written, computer and interpersonal communication and presentation skills Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced work setting Strong organizational, project, time management, and resource planning skills Knowledge of RFP/RFQ process desirable, state & federal proposal exposure helpful Database management skills and knowledge of QuarkXpress, Visio, Adobe Illustrator helpful Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required May be required to pass background investigation Some travel may be required
