As Director of Wafer Fab Operations, you will have the responsibility for the efficient performance of all wafer fabrication operations for the company. This includes production, equipment maintenance, and process engineering for both 6 and 8 fab lines.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have an appropriate engineering degree, a sophisticated understanding of semiconductor processing, strong leadership skills, and a minimum of 10 years related process and management experience in a sophisticated fab environment. Knowledge of bipolar, BiCMOS, and BCD processes preferred.
